VoiceVoice not responding or cutting out
1. Check your browser has microphone permission for zeusai.us
2. Reload the page and try the voice button again
3. Make sure no other app is using the microphone
4. Try Chrome or Edge for best voice support
5. Check your device volume is not muted
ChatChat not responding or showing errors
1. Check your internet connection is stable
2. Refresh the page and try sending a shorter message first
3. Clear your browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+Delete)
4. Try switching personality mode using the selector
5. If the issue persists, use Report an Issue below
AIWrong personality or AI not in the right mode
1. Use the personality selector at the top of the chat
2. Start a new chat session (refresh page)
3. Say "Switch to [mode name] mode" in your message
4. Available modes: Baby, Female, Male, ZEUS, Ghetto, Edu, Apollo
5. Note: personality resets on page refresh
PaymentPayment not processing or subscription issues
1. Check your card details are entered correctly
2. Make sure your billing address matches your card
3. Try a different browser or disable browser extensions
4. Check with your bank — some cards block new subscriptions by default
5. Contact support if charged but access not granted
Page loading slowly or not at all
1. Check your internet connection speed
2. Hard refresh: Ctrl+Shift+R (or Cmd+Shift+R on Mac)
3. Clear browser cache and cookies for zeusai.us
4. Disable browser extensions that may interfere
5. Try a different network or browser
Logged out unexpectedly or session expired
1. Log back in at zeusai.us
2. Check your browser allows cookies from zeusai.us
3. Disable private/incognito mode for persistent sessions
4. If using a VPN, try disabling it temporarily
5. Use "Remember me" when logging in
ZEUS not remembering preferences or context
1. Memory is session-based — start new sessions to reset
2. Be explicit: tell ZEUS your preferences at the start
3. Use the Edu or ZEUS personality for best context retention
4. Long conversations may lose early context — summarize if needed
5. Save important outputs before closing the session
ZEUS not displaying correctly on mobile
1. Use the latest version of Chrome or Safari on mobile
2. Try landscape orientation for complex features
3. Add to Home Screen for best mobile experience
4. Make sure JavaScript is enabled in mobile browser settings
5. Zoom out if elements appear cut off
